With two bowls provided, and a third available to order from Dualit, this food processor has the features I was looking for. The smaller of the bowls provided is versatile as it has its own blade and is sealed in so that no leaks reach the large bowl. This allows for processing slightly smaller quantities, or slicing and grating, without creating a huge load of washing up. I have not yet used the mini-bowl that I bought from Dualit.The big advantage of this machine is the auto pulse feature. It pulses the contents ten times, but can be halted at any point. The whole operation is smooth and efficient and generally the result is evenly processed food.Not the quietest of machines, it does the job so quickly that it is not an issue.

Had to replace my old Moulinex (28years od) and researched this machine via Which and can't fault their review.A sturdy compact machine that looks good too. Hope it serves me as well as my old machine.

This food processor is easy to use, good to look at, produces excellent pastry and sauces (not tried other operations yet) The mixer speed is well controlled and not vicious - it allows the foods to gently combine. I thoroughly recommend this to anyone who enjoys cooking and baking; it makes life easier and more creative.
