They have not yet created a superlative to adequately describe just how good this product is! The unit is extremely well made, looks great, comes with a 10-year warranty and the shower experience is to die for (I'm currently taking up to 3 showers a day!!!)For any potential buyers there are a couple of important things to consider:1) One of the reasons this looks so great is because all pipework is hidden. The obvious downside of that is that there's a helluva lot going on behind the scenes (2 pipes in & 2 pipes out, including one to go up and over!) - burying the pipes & main housing in the wall is not really a practical option! Fortunately we were undertaking an entire bathroom rip-out & rebuild so had the flexibility to factor that in... we chose to build an artificial wall (approx 250mm deep) to contain all the pipework and the main thermostatic controller.2) Whilst installation is certainly not beyond the capabilities of an expert DIY-er, it is certainly not an easy, plug 'n' play task. I would strongly recommend getting the services of an experienced, qualified tradesman to fit this. Ours took a total of 3 days to install, though this included all pipework, construction of false wall housing and fitting of uPVC cladding around the whole shower area.Admittedly ours is still a recent installation, so I've no idea yet of how it'll perform in the longer term (though that's where the comfort of a 10-year warranty comes into its own!) but our first impressions are all extremely positive. For a bit of added fun we've also installed a colour-changing LED downlight at the other end of the bath to compliment the LEDs on the main shower-head - night time showers are like being in a nightclub or at a Pink Floyd gig!!To summarise - make sure that you understand that the installation is a major undertaking and needs to be well planned and executed... but, once it's done, I defy anyone who has this system not to be totally in love with it!! And be warned - your friends & family will be dead jealous!!!
