The Waring professional blender has strikingly classic looks. Its cascading waterfall base and patented clover leaf designed carafe combined with an extremely powerful motor creates the smoothest results every time.
Incredibly easy to use with just two speed settings, low and high, capable of even crushing ice. The carafe is easy to clean, just fill with soapy water and turn on for a few seconds.

Worth every penny :) looks stylish, blends brilliantly, easy to clean and comes with a lifetime guarantee. Have used it everyday since buying it, definate recommendation! Be careful with the glass jug though as this is not guaranteed and could be easily smashed if not looked after.

Simply brilliant.Expensive but will outlive me. Easy to use, a bit like an AGA equivalent, just one switch,left or right. I went ahead and purchased the extra stainless steel jug which means cold drinks stay super cold and you can put quite hot water in the steel jug without fear of it cracking.Shop around for the spare stainless steel jug, Amazon are the cheapest,should cost you an extra £52 but worth the expense in my view.

Out of the box this processor looks the business. Very heavy so the need to lift and handle it correctly is important. Plenty of accessories come with it and a joy to use. Food is prepared in no time and a very simple wash straight after use makes it very quick all round. The only negative point is the funnel is not as big as imagined, will not fit a cucumber for example but apart from that quality as you would expect.

I bought one of these for my wife a few years ago. She loves it: Great attachments, easy to use, neat uncluttered look (as long as you have a space in a cupboard to keep the various alternate blades). But make sure you look after it. We broke the plastic bowl by dropping it onto a tile floor - getting a replacement proved pretty much impossible. In the end we bought a whole new machine. Felt pretty bad about the expense but would have felt far worse if the bowl had been dropped earlier in its life.

Truly a great product. Makes light work of everything and anything. It was a bit strange not having a speed setting but you soon get used to it automatically adjusting for the contents.I could not recommend it more to anyone. If you cook a lot then it is perfect for all jobs. from soups to crushing ice.

I must be getting old (i'm 29!) to write a review about a food processor... especially as I was ecstatic when my husband said I could treat myself to one! But this is a wonderful machine, OK so I don't have the experience of other processors but I won't be replacing it with anything else but Magimix when the day comes. I laughed out loud when I read the review about it finely chopping a cat...because it really would be able to without a hint of struggle! It makes my cooking life so much easier, and thanks to a certain Mr Oliver I am able to whizz and whazz home-made goodies with one eye shut, it is so easy to use and easy to clean. I can see it lasting years and years so all in all a winner.

I have been deliberating for some time about buying a food processor as I already have the Kmix food mixer.However, making pastry with the Kmix is quite messy and takes some time (constantly using spatula to scrape the sides etc). The Magimix also has a dough blade which in conjunction with the large bowl(there are 3 sizes) brings together the dough in about 20 seconds - AMAZING. All you then do is remove lid and pick up the dough ball.I also used the small bowl to make breadcrumbs for a treacle tart- and this was also speedy and gave a perfect result.Magimix comes with a useful storage box and a reasonable number of additional blades.I have absolutely no regrets about buying this and now wonder whether I will get much use out of my Kmix...

Well-designed and constructed, robust, quiet, easy to clean, all parts except the motor housing will dishwash. Long guarantee. Cutting edges all extremely sharp and can be sharpened and will slice unpromising things like less than firm tomatoes for example. Broadens cooking repetoire as it's easy to blend, slice and mix, so gratin dauphinoise or tarte tatin with lots of tedious fine slicing is easy. Also batches of pastry can be whizzed up quickly, e.g. four batches for mince pies recently and prepping veg for, say, colslaw, is actually fun. 4200 model is fine for family of 4. Downside, very heavy so mine looms on worktop rather than being put away in a upboard. The large bowl and lid take up lots of dishwasher space (but both are easily hand washed) and the supplied, very French, recipe book is a little brief.

Only had this machine for a few days but so far I love it. Used the machine to make pastry and couldn't believe how quick it came together. I through in the flour, softened butter and as it mixed I poured in the water and it almost instantly formed the ball which I then quickly turned it off. I thought the pastry wouldn't be that great as it mixed so quicky but seriously it was fantastic. I will never moan about the trials of making pastry again. Haven't tried anything els yet but I will. I previously owned a cheap Kenwood processer and it did me fine for a year before the plastic cracked so I decided to realy treat myself to this baby and I am glad I did. Very heavy but solid and well made. Plastic looks of good quality also. Oh and it looks realy smart on the work top. Mines the white one. When it comes to kitchen machines I have learnt that you do get what you pay for and if you can afford it treat yourself to the best!

After researching for days what food processor to buy I decided to buy this one because of the multi options, level of noise, power of the motor and good looking design. After I bought it and I tried at least 5 different options, I am extremely satisfied with the results. The level of noise is acceptable, it is extremely quick and stay almost immobile when is chopping large quantity of veg because the sturdy design of the motor. the mill bowl is amazing and the liquidizer seems robust. In the other hand though, it required to have a lot of space for the accessories!!! I am not convinced about the design of the bowls as the biggest bowl have to stay on all the time!!! as it is the only one with the locking system, which means that if you want to chop or grate small quantities of food you have to use the smaller bowls within the big one. This bring along two defects of the design; one is that it isn't easy to take the inner bowls out of the big one; second you have to wash both bowls even if the big one is used as a base because it is almost unavoidable to splash some part of the mixture into the big bowl. Taking into account that the size of the big bowl is huge!!! this seems to rather disappointed as add time to your washing up or a lot of space into you dishwasher.... but overall I am satisfied with my purchased. If you are looking for a good or excellent chopping results this is a quick and powerful tool to have but think about the space needed to store blender, mill bowl and box of blades...Also be aware that you will be shock to open the door for the delivery as the box is HUGE!

After some really prolonged research for a food processor, I was left in the end with two models that share similar quality features, the philips robust range food processor and this. As there were no reviews in amazon regarding this in amazon I was more inclined to purchase the philips but after checking the attachments provided I thought that this was better given that it has more attachments, several bowls and a container for attachment storage (which the philips lacks).I checked prices online and I found it in a nice website where it costed 40£ less than amazon, and that makes a price difference of around 90£ to the philips, so I saved my self a bit of money. When it arrived I opened the box where it had the unit and its attachments, cleaned them and gave it a try.Tried shredding with some really nice results, tried slicing with similar results. As any owner of foood processor would know these are the relatively easy bits compared with whisking and mixing a dough. The first try for a dough was making a pizza base, although I didn't put the right amount of ingredients but the result was really good, there are some bits that stick here and there but if the dough is firm enough there wouldn't be a problem. The major problem was how the processor wobbled around and needed to be held down while it was doing the mixing!. You would expect a problem like that in a relatively small model but this was quite heavy and still wobbled around a bit. There are other attachments but I still haven't used many of them.This processor is very stylish and would happily set in the corner of any well sized kitchen, the attachment box is similar in size to a bread keeper and is well designed as well, one of the knifes and the two smaller bowls have to stay in the machine for storage, and most of its contents are dish washer safe. And to be honest the machine motor (or at least the dial control) feels as if it stronger than what it should be. never the less, this is an awesome piece of kit and I would really recommend it, and I don't really think that it might be outdone from any processor in its class (the uprights) espesially in available functions, well done Kenwood!

As the title suggests, this item from Amazon UK was precisely half the retail price here in Oz and arrived in 4 days of placing my order. No wonder Jerry Harvey the founder of 'Harvey Norman' is one of the richest men in Australia with mark ups in his stores such as that!After reading the reviews and tech specs I had assumed that the physical size and weight of the item would make the freight costs prohibitive and the 20 pounds quoted seemed to be unbelievably cheap and I thought probably a mistake but no, it was correct and as mentioned earlier, shipping took just 4 days door to door. The exchange rate when I placed the order put $360 on my credit card, the retail price locally? A whopping $720 the last time I looked. I am obviously delighted that Kenwood allow Amazon to sell their products to overseas customers, something that many other manufacturers like Dyson don't. By forcing us to buy from retailers here they are supporting the price gouging that prevails. I'm all for supporting retailers in Australia and for providing jobs for those that work in retail but the mark ups on equivalent products from the UK or US are unjustifiable in my opinion.As for the product itself;Packaging, fantastic. Lots of it yes but protects the items perfectly from even the most careless semi potty trained delivery man.The processor. Well I actually purchased this for my wife because that's the sort of guy I am! She is absolutely delighted with the processor and gets a free work out every time she gets it out of the cupboard to use it. Did I mention that she's a heavy girl? Yes, very, but she has a very robust feel to her that will hopefully equate to a long working life (that's the processor, not the wife).And finally, in response to the seemingly endless debate about what the processor is supplied with, I can happily confirm that the version we received came with the citrus juicer but not the centrifugal juicer which as I had actually read the specs first before placing my order, the absence of which didn't throw me into fits of hysteria as it seemed to do to other reviewers. The only thing absent from the UK version that the one sold here has is the rasping attachment which my dear wife informs me is a thingy for rasping. Apparently rasping is something she doesn't do a lot of so the rasper attachment clearly isn't worth paying the extra $360 to buy the processor locally, sorry Jerry!
